To reserve and secure a room we require credit card details including type, number, expiry and 3 digit security code. Unfortunately we cannot accept payment by credit card, payment can be made by either IBAN, Bank Transfer, Cash or Cheque |

General Terms & Conditions
- No12 B&B is strictly a non smoking house
- All prices include breakfast
- All prices are based on 2 people sharing a room
- Check in is 4pm-6pm
- Check out is by 10am
- Cancellations or curtailment made 31 days or less before arrival date will be charged the total cost of stay
- Non arrivals will be charged the total cost of stay
- We suggest guests take out adequate travel insurance to cover for unforeseen cancellations
- Regrettably we do not accept children < 14 years old
- We do not allow pets except Bunty my own Blond cocker spaniel!
